I could not activate the software and the two key codes (I queried the first code when it didn\'t work) I was given did not work. I am very disappointed and I can only think that this is a scam. I want my money back.

Is not working, Connecting to IPod classic, files not coming up

I purchased a copy of ipod2computer transfer and am trying to reinstall it on my computer after a crash. It will not work. It keeps telling me that there is no ipod/iphone attached to the computer and it wants me to submit another $19.95 fee. I have already paid for it and just want to reinstall it on my computer. It has worked in the past but not now. Is this a rip off or what? No one seems to answer my email at ipod2Computer.com either. Please advise as to what I am to do? itunes recognizes ...

While it did allow me to transfer my files onto my new system from my ipod, it did not carry over any of the playlists or ratings, both of which are very important to me. I have very mixed feelings about this program.

Trying out the Transfer Relative simple and easy to use even though the trail version can only do it one at a time.

Not what I expected. Was not free like advertised, the trial version didn't even work for me! I would have bought a better version of it if the program that I downloaded was as expected.

The idea is great, but the application don\'t. I installed it on two different computers and i tried to use it with an iPod Touch. Even when I configure as specified, the software didn\'t work.

iPod Recovery It did not work with Windows Vista. It couldn't see the iPod

Good Program The program worked well for me. I accidentally delete all my photos but had them on my Ipod so I used this program to get them back. The photos came back at a decent resolution too so I am happy about that. The only thing I would have liked to see is a select all button on the interface so that you do not have to right click or scroll through all the photos to select them. Also, $20? Kinda pricey for a program with only 1 purpose. But otherwise it is a great product.

Trouble installing, and then unusable results We downloaded Tansee iPod Photo Transfer and installed it, but couldn't get it to work at all. It kept generating errors. We uninstalled it, re-downloaded and tried again. This time it installed.It displayed the photos in wretchedly low resolution. When it allowed a copy of six files in the demo mode, the copies were also low resolution. The help was not instructive. While I run my own software company (and have 3500+ nonprofits using our software around the US & Canada,) I couldn't figure this out.We've uninstalled it, and don't intend to pursue it otherwise.

Trouble with License Code otherwise works I could not get the license code to work when I tried to register no matter how many times and how carefully I entered the 20 number and letter code. I was finally able to get it accepted only by copying the code from the e-mail and pasting it into the code entry blank. Once I got on, Transee quite efficiently transferred about two and one-half days worth of music off of my ipod and back on to my formerly crashed computer. Transee comments. I was very pleased with Transee ipod photo transfer. My son had mistakenly downloaded my pictures onto his ipod. Very shortly afterwards our computer crashed and my pictures were gone! Transee helped me recover all my photos, it was money well spent. Thank you.
